Bangla Star Hotel - Phuket

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city with easy access to shopping centers and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, and provided us with an extra bed at no additional cost. The laundry service was outstanding as they returned our clothes on the same day after requesting them just a few hours earlier.

Our room, while spacious, wasn't cleaned or decorated to our liking. The street noise was quite loud and we were disturbed by the noise coming from nearby bars.

Location is good, but noise at night can be a bt much ( noise from Bangla Road), also only complaint was that air conditioner was noisy, so could not open window at night due to partying people up the road, and cou;d not close wimdow and use air con, because it was noisy, other than that, all was great !!!!

Great location, close to the beach and nightlife. Free internet and wifi.

The tv was the old crt type with no dvd player. The hot water was unreliable.

The hotel had decent amenities with a clean, comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with good recommendations for places to eat nearby. the location was great, with easy access to the airport and close proximity to shopping centers.

We had trouble with the Wi-Fi connection, which was slow and constantly dropping. the room was quite noisy, with traffic and nearby construction causing disturbance throughout the night.

* They charged 3% commission for credit card even I contacted with Booked.net * No hot water in shower * No fridge in my room. * WC started not flush last day. They changed my room and new room has fridge and hot water. * They don't clean room, if you don't put "Clean the room" sign * Too noisy. If you like to sleep early, it is hard to sleep. * Room and furniture is too old, Bathroom sink is not useful.

Great location, near to the beach, Bangla Street and Jungceylon. Food and massage available nearby. Hotel have a lift. Overall the stay is pleasant.

The water heater is faulty. Can be a little noisy to certain people.

The hotel's location was perfect, as it was in the heart of everything and close to all the attractions. The room was very clean and the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. the breakfast provided a good variety of food options.

Located in a lovely spot down the alley, you can easily walk to Patong beach or Jung Ceylon shopping mall in just a few minutes' walk. the hotel rooms are cozy, with spacious bathrooms and friendly service. You'll wake up to the sound of birds and the aroma of an amazing breakfast spread. the hotel facilities are numerous; there's a pool and fitness center, and you'll find all the restaurants you could want nearby.

There could be some noise from the nearby clubs and bars at night.
